Founded in 1971, White Light is approaching its 50th anniversary as a leading production supplier of lighting and AV services to the entertainment and corporate event industries.

Our heritage is in theatre: our first job was the transfer of The Rocky Horror Show from the Royal Court Theatre to the Kings Road Theatre; even now, we regularly supply productions of the show. We continue to supply equipment to shows of all types and scales, including some of the biggest shows in the West End, on tour and elsewhere in the world: Frozen, Andrew Lloyd Webber's Cinderella, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, The Curious Incident of Dog in the Night-Time, Matilda, Les Misérables and many more.

Though we established ourselves as a theatrical lighting hire company, our work now spreads far beyond this, reaching into every area where lighting - and now audio, video and staging - is used as part of entertainment. Whether this is the visual set-up in a television studio, or the installation of a brand new audio system in a theme park, our expert team and latest equipment ensures that we can fulfil any client's brief.

We offer a complete production service, where required, with our Venues & Production teams offering anything from equipment rental to design, specification, installation, crewing and operation for projects.

The overall result is a multi-faceted company employing over 180 people. In these changing times - both at home and in the world at large - White Light provides a familiar touchstone offering superb service and support as it has done for nearly five decades.
